What do you guys think about Kurt Muse? He was a confirmed CIA agent. Lots of conflicting information about Muse. Most likely created by the CIA to muddy the waters and make people who don't believe the official story look like crackpots.
I think Noriega knew he was a CIA agent; that is why he arrested him. Muse was probably involved in drug running.
