This always piqued my interest because of how ridiculous it seemed. $6,000+a months rent+ living expenses, that's alot of dough now. I'm not being cavalier but, I think the going rate for children was way less. Not to mention the CI wanted to become established in the area with kids feeling free to come and go. That's f'n risky as hell!! I think he was pulling the wool over some eyes and taking advantage.
