Good catch on the cigarettes on the couch, kmik! I'm not a smoker, but I've had many male friends who would remove their cigarette packs from their jeans' pocket before sitting down, and those packs were either Camel or Marlboro.
Thank you for correcting me about the case files not saying that Justin stole any drugs from Marty. I must have picked that up from a podcast.
It sure seems that someone (or someones) have purposely misdirected this investigation right from the start. Marilyn is an obvious person who has kept the focus on Marty. Her actions are very suspicious.

I am a smoker and cannot imagine them laying in the floor with cigarette's in their pocket or someone leaving them in plain view on the couch after something like this! To me my cigarette's are like my purse so that would be equivalent to me laying around in the floor with my purse or leaving it at the scene of a crime. Not gonna happen - certainly not a pack in plain view.
If Marty barely had the money to be drinking down at the Keddie Bar then he certainly didn't have the money to be leaving behind his cigarette's - and if he did I bet he would have gone back to retrieve them -

... if someone was searching the pockets of Johnny or Dana the cigarettes could have been tossed onto the couch because that’s not what they were looking for....

Asmus, Karen: Kathy Beckley said Tina was pregnant and Marty was the father. (Bradley)
I'm guessing the "Tina is pregnant" rumor started with Kathy Beckley's circle.
I do recall Sheila saying Tina was mad at her mom because she wasn't allowed to stay at Seabolt's that night.

The girls also said something about "Tina was a fast little girl." I suggest they heard that from DANA.

The Bodenham's lived across the road from 28 according to Timeline A: 11:10p.m. K. Bodenham and C. Batten arrive at Bodenham residence across the street from the Sharp's. Does anyone know what cabin number Kevin Bodeham had? Was it 13, 14, or 15? Thanks. |
