Due to the pattern of lividity on Dana's legs, suggesting he died in a seated position, what if he was killed outside of the cabin? With the stories from witnesses that Dana said some guys were after him, the boys exchanging clothes, and possibly splitting up at some point that evening in Quincy, what if someone grabbed Dana and took him somewhere? Maybe they mistook him for Johnny (due to the clothing switch), realized their mistake and went after Johnny. Could this have happened at the mysterious party house no one wants to admit being at? The Meeks' house? (Mama Meeks' call alerting Sue that boys would soon be home is a red flag for me.) Maybe the boys got to Keddie, were on their way down to Johnny's room or going upstairs and someone ambushed them with the Daisy Air Rifle in the dark? I've always wondered, did Dana have a bag with belongings (and possibly his diabetes kit) if he was staying the night at the Sharps? Maybe the kit was in the gym bag that gets mentioned. Maybe the killers stole the kit for the syringes. Back to Dana being killed first, then they would have one dead body and Johnny to move inside the cabin. Dana is posed to make it look as though he was laying on the floor, watching TV, as is Johnny after he is killed. Sue hears noises, comes out to investigate, and she's hit with the Daisy Air Rifle, etc. Tina is taken for sexual reasons.

What’s confusing to me is Justin said he tried to stop the bleeding on Sue’s chest with a rag. If he did that after the killers left then Sue’s body was covered so how did he know(and he was right) that she had a cut on her chest? If he did it before she was covered does that mean the killer allowed him to work on Sue before they covered her and left?
Why try to work on her chest when her face was covered with a bloody gag that needed attention. If justin tried to stop the bleeding on her chest he would have to have removed the blanket and sheet, picked up her hands that were bound so he could lift her gown to get to her chest. None of it makes sense just call for help. From reading his hypnosis sessions/interview he was not an immature kid and I think he’s a lot wiser than we have given him credit for

Where's the bloody rag? I don't recall seeing one listed?
