Joe B. really hasn't gotten the attention he deserves. His fingerprint was the closest match to the bloody print on the wall. He had dated Sue a few times and proposed to her the first time they met, even though he wasn't yet divorced. Sue had said she broke it off because of his heavy drinking, and he was known for it. Joe said they parted over religious reasons. Both John and Dana had been to Joe's house that day @ 3pm. Tina apparently was very excited about the prospect of her mom marrying Joe, where'd she get that idea? I doubt it came from Sue. After hitting on one of the Meeks girls, Sue advised Sheila to stay away from him. What about Tina? He's one of the few I see really fitting into Douglas's profile. He had the time and opportunity to develop some sort of "relationship" with Tina. He was the very first person Richard M mentioned could possibly be responsible. His alibi that he was out of town was confirmed by his girlfriend, but gf's and wives have been known to lie. In fact Sue's sister in law saw him in town that Sunday. A year later Joe B would be found dead, and I really wish I knew more about those circumstances. All I know is his body was discovered outside of Plumas county. How, when, and where exactly he died are a mystery. His vague SS death record just states "May 1982"
