This is from an article in The Feather River Bulletin on May 13, 1987. Don Stoy is being interviewed: Here is the Timeline entry re: new fingerprint technology: march 10, 1986
DOJ reports a new process for developing partial prints using laser. The bloody print from the scene was enhanced so suspects’ names should be resubmitted for comparisonAccording to the newspaper clipping " Of the many fingerprints lifted from the scene, there are still some that haven't been ruled out as the killers."This article was written 1 year after PCSO was informed of the advances in fingerprint processing. My takeaway is that PCSO collected fingerprints from the scene that did not belong to the victims. And it states clear as day some haven't been ruled out as the killer's. So what's the status on these fingerprints now, its been 34 years since that article was written. And what about the 200 pieces of evidence always mentioned? Why is the real evidence never discussed? F is for fingerprints, way back in the early days of this case, 2006-2008, it was posted the only nonfamily member fingerprints found in the cabin belonged to people who had previously been in the cabin. Meeks, Henry & Phillip. In addition, we have this post from Admin Horan, whom I do believe is a reliable source: And another post re: fingerprints from a reliable former poster:

I threw Henry in here because I've been lucky getting some of my most burning questions answered this, especially about philip. Drove me nuts about his prints, and now we have an explanation. Meeks were easily explained, now on to Henry! We know he was familiar with the cabin, having visited before the Sharps moved in. Where were his prints found? When, exactly were his prints taken? It would be great to know where all prints were pulled. The top of tv, the backporch? Impressive to get a print from such a textured surface

My bad, I saw the list of prints resubmitted it was karl k and 2 others. I saw posts saying Henry's were found by nothing concrete. I'm sure his were taken (not sure if matched). He was asked if he'd ever been in 28, said not while the Sharps lived there but he'd been there during the time his bro in law lived there.
