One of the victims of the Zebra murders was Nelson Shields the IV the son of a wealthy DuPont executive. After the murders his father campaign heavily for gun control laws and helped pass the current gun control laws in California today. It went nationally as well, and eventually led to the Brady law that was passed later. After the murders he started an association that is still working to outlaw guns today I believe. More to come later. Been busy lately lol.

Another victim was Paul Dancik. Dancik was just let out of prison, and given a "wad of cash" when he was let out. Dancik was on the lookout for drugs after he was let out, and after striking out a couple times ran across a man named "Luther G" who lived with two woman who were his wives. Luther gave Paul a number for a dealer, and Paul went to call him on the payphone outside Luthers apartment building. As Paul was about to call, someone came up behind him and killed him.
A man named Eduardo Abdi was supposedly on his way to use the same phone. Abdi claimed to be only 8 feet away as Dancik was shot, he claimed not to have been seen by the shooter and his accomplice who both stood now 10 feet away. Imagine that, only 10 feet away and unobserved by the two "suspects". When police arrived they questioned Abdi, When asked if he knew Dancik Abdi said " sure. We were working a case together". When asked what case Abdi said " I can't say any more". Abdi was the one who gave police the description of two black men and what they were supposedly wearing. Right after the brief questioning Abdi weaved into the crowd and disappeared.
Later before the trial the prosecution tried tracking down Abdi to question him further. They finally found him in Albuquerque New Mexico, he was an "itinerant preacher" who followed the migrant crop workers, and preached to them in the field. The prosecution determined Abdi was crazy and "let his imagination take over" lol.
Eduardo is a Spanish name while Abdi is Arabic meaning servant of god. To me Paul Dancik was an obvious informant, and Abdi was more than likely also. Abdi could have easily killed Paul Dancik himself.

another victim was Art Agnos who survived the shooting. Agnos was working to build a hospital in the area where he was shot. Agnos knew and worked with Jim Jones, and later became Mayor of San Francisco.

The 32 Berreta was traced to Peter David Puppo a United States Air Force medic stationed at McCord Air Force base. He was living in a religious commune in Albion California
Puppo said he gave it to Bradley Eugene Bishop he was convicted for selling dangerous drugs and was wanted in Marin county for the same crime. The gun ended up with a Somoan man named Moo Moo Tooa, who died of a heart attack shortly after police tried to get him to tell them who he sold the gun to.

I forgot to add that Jonathan May was in the house while Nelson shields 4 was shot. May was a cancer researcher from the university of California. I doubt it's related, but who knows. I thought it was important enough to add to the notes while reading the book lol

Here's the rest of my notes. The attorneys for the defendants and the judge were the only ones I didn't do research on. The whole case was a farce, and so was the trial. Well over 100 victims were attributed to the Nation of Islam during this time.
Stanford campus victim stabbed 14 times
Female victim hacked and dumped behind Oakland
Meetings held in the lost of black self help moving. Owner of the moving company Tom Manney owned The black Cadillac used during the murders. The 32 beretta was thought to have been bought by Manney from Moo Moo. The moving company was a business that was used to employ black Muslims after they were released from prison. They were cutting up bodies at black self help. The group held meeting in the loft of the business building where they were indoctrinated by Nation of Islam preachers to kill as many whites as possible to earn their "death angel wings". A white man was 1 point. A white woman was 2 points, and a white child or baby was 3 points. It took 9 points to earn the wings.
Laurence Kaufman was supposedly selected at random for Anthony Harris Jr. Attorney Irving Hurd. Of coarse the attorneys were fishy.
Harris confessed and talked with the police and Mayer Alioto in his office
Minister John Muhammad and Joseph X polite visited all three killers
Anthony Harris Jr one of the killers, and the one who called the police and confessed was placed in pacific state hospital at 14. Later he was sent to Patton state hospital
Judge of the case was Joseph Karesh
Jim Jones backed Art Agnos at one time. Agnos was elected to the California state assembly in 1976 by defeating Harvey milk.
Victim Frances Rose university of California extension student
Victim Saleem Erakat Muslim store owner
Victim Thomas Rainwater from Ojai California Salvation Army cadet who just returned from a two week evangelism campaign in Phoenix and Tucson Arizona with captain Alfred Van Cleef. Ojai is the home of the krotona institute of theosophy, and the theosophical society of Ojai valley. Krotona is the west coast headquarters.
Victim Ward Anderson assigned on a geological survey vessel
Detective Coreris used his own description to make the Zebra sketches, not victims or witnesses because no one could give a certain description. The sketch was made by police, not witnesses.
William booth founder of the Salvation Army was a Freemason. Seen in countless pictures giving the hidden hand Masonic sign where one hand is hidden under the coat over the chest.

Great work! I was reading Howard's book, but this summary is terribly, terribly helpful. Don't kid yourself--I will be stealing/using it slide-by-slide on an episode(s) of the podcast!
The links to Bechtel and Utah International Mining go even beyond Department of Defense contracts. Reynolds Metals, for one. That pipeline company Paul Watkins's father worked for in Lebanon is another. And let's all remember how many other Mansons were children of engineers, etc at rocket/jet companies. That's not just Parsons; that's hundreds of "ex" Nazis. Well, more to the point, they were "Thulean" Theosophists, etc who joined the upper, elite ranks of the SS. Or they were recruited into it.
And they weren't the only Nazi scientists "liberated" by the Allies. Chemical engineers (synthetic fuels, etc,) doctors, shrinks, social engineers, nuclear scientists, you name it. Some of them became top, top men in NASA. Some astronauts may have joined their little club. Some of their "UFO" sightings may have been to propagandize their theories about "Thetans" or whatever visiting Earth. In fact, the whole "flying saucer" craze--which started about five minutes after all these Nazis arrived in America, may have been intended to condition Americans into accepting the existence of "Thetan/aliens" so they could then claim to be their emissaries on earth.

Some more fun facts:
1. Richard Hauge's employer Utah Metals and Mining ALSO built the Western Pacific RR line that ran through Plumas County (Keddie.) They were acquired by BHP (another Australian Nugan Hand/Reynolds Metals sister) in 1984. They built the Alaska Highway in WWII. They built the Hoover Dam complex.
2. Bechtel built the Klamath river Highway (Klamath falls, Burney Falls, and Quicy/Keddie form a pedophile triangle.)
3. Richard Hague's wife, Quita, was born Quita Perelli-Minetti, and boooooooyyyy, does that matter a LOT. Her grandfather Antonio was literally the "Godfather of California wine production" before Prohibition. Her father Mario (frat brother to Woodrow Wilson) was a mysterioso lawyer who worked for--get this--Senator William McAdoo, "The Charles Manson of the Federal Reserve Bank." Mario has more than one connection to Jack Parsons. Mario "retired" from practicing law full time and returned to the family wineries in the early 50s. After testifying against a crooked Liquor Commission official in Iowa (you would not BELIEVE how much money that guy made from bribes and kickbacks) in--get this--early 1977, Mario opened a new, boutique winery in Sonoma County in 1978. I've been there. I met him. He was LEGENDARY (second only to Robert Mondavi himself.) He was in his 90s, and still worked like a mule. He was famous for personally delivering wine to restaurants and so forth in a three-piece suit, unloading the truck himself and charging a fraction of what all the other labels charged for what I remember was very good (limited production, natch) wine deep into his 90s. He died in 2010 at the age of 101. No one had a bad word to say about him. He was quite lefty and known for generosity. His family were among the first to sign contracts with Chavez's United Farm Workers--who were in a loooooong, grinding war of attrition with the Teamsters. You would never, ever guess--and probably almost no one who "knew" him the last 50 years of his life did--just who he had been before he became California's kindly old grandpa of wine.
