United States of America v. James J. Bulger is a sweeping and revelatory documentary film that follows the trial of the infamous gangster James “Whitey” Bulger, using the courtroom action as a springboard to examine accusations of multi-faceted corruption within our nation’s law enforcement and legal systems.

Thanks! Is this the one that claims he was played by the FBI as an informant, or the one that claims he played the FBI by "pretending" to be an informant, or the one that claims he was "framed" by the FBI?

Its the one where they claim Bulger was in charge and paid off all the corrupt FBI agents in Boston who were his lackeys Tom ONeil in his book Chaos found evidence Bulger was mind controlled as part of a CIA MK Ultra project in the 1950s while in prison.

He may have been. There is little doubt that prison shrinks noticed he was a solid brass sociopath with zero "loyalty" to his own mother, let alone the Boston Mob. They would have attempted to turn him for sure. At the very least, he was a modern American Alcibiades.
