Crim and Bradley knew when she said this that the "wire" came from her and Tina's bedroom. If Justin spent that much time looking at the crime scene that was wasted time when he could have been going for help. Not to mention the fact that he could go back to bed and go to sleep after he witnessed this scene.
I thought Richard said the toolbox was his and that Johnny was making a new one. Yeah, I can see why they didn't rush out and drag Marty in and arrest him. Too many lies coming from within.
Sheila: "If Tina gets found, I think it will take a while before she can explain what happened."

... I would love to see the follow up questions to that statement! Why would it take awhile, could Tina have been injured during the violence? Was she high on a drug, LSD? That statement indicates that Tina was some how “incapacitated”. And Shelia was aware of it.

Great thought Ramen! My take is she was saying that if Tina was found it might take some time but she'll eventually tell everything. Who knows?
First if Sheila (the alleged 14 year old ring leader) was pointing LE to Marty then it's clearly obvious that she in no way conspired with Marty Smartt to commit these murders
Richard as usual was playing detective (much like his buddy Chuck Walke) right down to discussing scenario's with Sheila AT THE FUNERALS (wow) which amounted to hearsay from the Meeks house.
As usual he got his info wrong because the cord used to tie up the victims didn't come from 26 it came straight from 28.
We can talk "tape" all day long but LE and Sheila herself have said that the items used in these murders came from 28 (maybe they did maybe they didn't but if someone walked into 28 to commit murder with a pellet gun and medical tape then they didn't come prepared for murder).
If Doug Thomas took Justin out of school then he either could not locate Marilyn (not hard to believe) or had no reason to locate her (would she have really cared). Marilyn said in an old post that Justin would howl and crawl under his desk at school when they would come to get him (so she must have been informed at some point). It appears that a lot of these kids were questioned at school. Justin's dislike for the way Doug "treated" him was because he actually had somebody questioning him which I'm sure he wasn't used to and I'm sure he wasn't used to having to do what he didn't want to do.
JK (who was a kid that lived in Keddie at the time of the murders) said in a 2015 chat that Justin was well known as a bully in the neighborhood.
Glenna Meeks said in a 2009 post that Marilyn said Justin was pure evil.
Hypnotist Fred Leidecker (who hypnotized Justin) was interviewed in a documentary outtake and the jest of what he said was he had absolute signs of being under an invisible evil influence.
Isn't that was Dmac said Marilyn said to her husband while at the PCSO in the interview room when LE stepped out? That Justin was evil?
Josh Hancock posted on his forum that Casey seemed so nervous during his interview for the documentary and thought that it was possibly his brother's presence that made him nervous.
Justin's the one everyone wants to hear from - well people we've been hearing Justin's lies for years and none of it makes any sense. Remember he told Josh he wanted to read over his old interviews before he would be interviewed for the documentary - but Josh wouldn't let him so all we got during his snippet was, " Um, my mother told me", so as to be sure he didn't create any new "stories". People couldn't wait for his mother to die - just sure he'd tell what happened - well she's gone and he hasn't done that. I do believe Justin is very smart and a real manipulator and that's just something he was born with and not something Marty Smartt helped create. I recognize that and can't believe more people don't also. I actually think he enjoys all the attention.
