I took it to mean "bio" dad as opposed to foster dad. I think she referenced "brothers and sisters" where she was referring to foster siblings

I agree she was referring to Jim Sharp. She refers to Tina as her real sister. Just curious as to the relationship Jim had with his children after the murders, although I’m aware that children will seek the approval of lousy, even abusive parents well into adulthood, her poem indicates there could have been contact with ‘real’ father while Shelia was in foster care.
