From Sept. 30, 2012 - Howard Davis joins TLB Radio to talk about his findings of Bruce Davis being the Zodiac killer. The Zodiac murders remain unsolved.
Howard Davis is a Zodiac/Manson conspiracy theorist and wrote the 1997 book, "The Zodiac/Manson Connection". Davis claims that a relative of Abigail Folger had hired a private investigator who uncovered evidence that the Manson family was also responsible for the Zodiac murders, specifically Bruce Davis.
Howard Davis also claimed that a “pristine source” in the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office revealed that the original investigation into the Manson murders had uncovered evidence linking the Manson family to Zodiac, including the hooded costume worn by the Zodiac.
I don't necessarily endorse or believe Howard Davis' claims. I just report, you decide.

Bruce Davis was born in Monroe, Louisiana on October 5, 1942. He grew up in Mobile, Alabama, and was the youngest of 2 children. After high school Davis attended college in Tennessee for about 2 years, then dropped out and moved west where he became immersed in the hippy counter culture. In the west, Davis made a living doing construction work, and in 1967, ran into Charles Manson, Mary Brunner, Lynette Fromme, & Patricia Krenwinkel in Oregon. Manson liked having another man around, plus Charlie and Bruce had a few things in common. Like Manson, Davis was a good musician, had an interest in Scientology, and was an ex-con.

From November of 1968 to April 1969, Bruce lived in London, England working at the Scientology headquarters. Davis was kicked out of the organization because of his drug use, he then returned to the states, where he rejoined the family. In the family, Davis acted as a comptroller, handling all the stolen credit cards and fake ID's.
In July of 1969, Bruce was present when Manson severed Gary Hinman's left ear the a sword. In late August, Bruce assisted Manson, Tex Watson, and Steve Grogan, in the murder of Spahn's Ranch hand Donald "Shorty" Shea. After which Davis, along with the rest of the family, moved to the Barker Ranch in Death Valley. Bruce was arrested and charged with grand theft auto in the Barker Ranch raid held on October 12, 1969. He was eventually released due to insufficient evidence.
On November 5, 1969, Davis was present when Christopher Jesus, aka "Zero", allegedly killed himself playing Russian roulette. While the death was suspicious, and police ruled it a suicide, Davis had admitted to them that he picked up the gun after Zero had killed himself.
In April of 1970, Mary Brunner implicated Davis in the Hinman murder, and he immediately went into hiding. On Manson's orders Davis turned himself in on December 2, 1970. Afterwhich, Bruce went on trial for the murders of both Hinman and Shea. He was convicted for both murders and sentenced to Life imprisonment. Davis was briefly suspected of being the Zodiac killer (a mysterious killer that terrorized California by committing several bizarre homicides in the 60's and 70's), but was ruled out as a suspect by the FBI. In prison Bruce became a born-again Christian, and through correspondence he assisted Susan Atkins in finding Jesus. Bruce is currently incarcerated in San Quentin.

Here are some more connections to the Simpson case and Scientology/ Charles Manson
1. Marcia Clark lead prosecutor was Scientology
2. Accused OJ Simpson had been a log time member of Scientology
3. Talking head Greta Van Sustren (and her lawyer husband) were both exceedingly high ranking elders of the Church of Scientology.
Now Manson connections
1. Lead talking head cheerleading the narrative that Simpson was guilty (in very dubious circumstantial case) Vince Bugliousi was the lead prosecutor in the Manson case.
2. Ira Reiner another former Los Angeles DA was a Leslie Van Houtons defense attorney and he was described by the New York Times on March 23, 1970 as being a "FRIEND OF CHARLES MANSON". Reiner was also a media pundit selling the Simpson is guilty narrative. As LA District Attorney Reiner would shut down the Mc Martin Pre school case, the satanic, child rapist case involving hundreds of children victims. Reiner would also exert his influence in the Hillside Strangler case in the early 1980'.
3. LAPD homicide detective Phil Van Atter(sp?) who carried Simpson's blood in a vile to the Rockingham estate had arrested Sharon Tates (Manson victim) husband Roman Polansky in 1977 and later the two men became friends.
4. Charles Groden who's little watched talk show on MSNBC never got ratings until his promotion of the Simpson case and his hatred of OJ Simpson. Little know but Groden portrayed the role of a doctor in the 1968 Robert Evans/ Roman Polansky satanic thriller Rosemary's baby.
5. Charles Manson was first introduced to the Church of Scientology in the 1950's.
6. Paula Barbieri who was Simpson's girlfriend at the time of the murders of Nicole and Ron was also dating Cotton Club Murder case standout Robert Evans. Evans was linked to the satanic killing of Roy Radin but his crack lawyer Robert Shapiro kept him from being indicted in the case as a co conspirator.
The OJ Simpson case is not what it appears to be. There are so many connection of the players that either prosecuted Simpson or were part of the nightly brainwashing around the case (media) to Scientology and Charles Manson it isn't even funny. |

Keith Raniere the founder of the sex cult NXIVM is alleged to have killed a woman named Pam Cafritz a descendant of the wealthy Washington DC based real estate developer Morris Cafritz. Pam was supporting Raniere and his cult financially (as was one of the Seagram Liquor heirs) but if you go back to Charles Manson this same Cafritz family is supporting Charlie and the family with gobs of money. The woman's name helping Manson in 1967,1968, 1969 is Charlene Cafritz the daughter in law of Morris and Gwendolyn Cafritz. So I would say it's not the CIA (code word for US Government) but these wealthy degenerate families including the Royal family. If you go back to the murder of Holly Maddox by Earth Day guru Ira Einhorn it was a Bronfman woman that financed Ira's hideaways in Europe for over 20 years.

From Jack Johnson: This 2020 obituary for James Herbert Gibbons. This man and his wife were members of the O.T.O or Solar Lodge that was alleged to be connected with Manson. They were arrested with other members of the satanic cult in 1969 for satanic ritual abuse of their 6 year old son (this son is not mentioned in the obit) . The son was taken by authorities.

I am saying that behavior falls into a pattern. People don't own and run rental properties by day and brutally murder their tenents and their offspring, by night. Unless, of course, it fits into a larger pattern of behavior. by all accounts, Gary was not the most ambitious of “landlords.” He was appointed to the job (at 24?) by his parents and let the Albins run the thing. Not sure he was focused on much of anything much less restoring keddie to its former glory. |

My 8 ball says no on Mollath. He was the resort owner. Why would he foul his own water? Crime of this type is way too risky, too pointless. By that I mean, it is a means to an end, but to what end? Gotta think that one thru really thoroughly.
If he is bent like the kind of guy who would premeditate walking into Sue's cabin and bludgeoning and stabbing her and 3 youths to death, then he would take it elsewhere. He would do like others do, and find strangers at other venues and become the "purple lampshade killer" or the "black masked killer," "the sushi bar killer" or whatever signature he adopts ....
Does Mollath have a history of violence and antisocial behavior? Possibly dating back to childhood? Any criminal record? How many marriages? Is there clear evidence that he murdered his family member or is this just speculation?
Etc. Etc.
I am saying that behavior falls into a pattern. People don't own and run rental properties by day and brutally murder their tenents and their offspring, by night. Unless, of course, it fits into a larger pattern of behavior.

True Snoho and Mollath never jumped out at me either other than Meanie sharing his connection to Steve H. - but Steve does jump out to me and it's completely because of Mrs. Alvey's statement of the way he acted on the morning of the murders. If she would have told the story at the time of the murders then LE could have ruled him in or out but she didn't - and she didn't because he was a family friend and/or because she was scared to.
Richard - know it all- Meeks had to have told the story of a "Steve" walking around on acid in 1981 and he said (acid party) Chuck was the one who told him - but the story Mrs. Alvey told would not come to light until years later - which is one thing this case was missing: Major information at the time of the murders (whether relevant or not) for LE to sort out for themselves. |
