Justin described 2 men who fought with Johnny and Dana but neither Johnny nor Dana had any defensive wounds or blood under their bindings. Johnny nor Dana fought with anyone because they never had time to.
Justin described Tina coming out of her room dragging a blanket asking, "what's going on". Why would Tina come out of her bedroom dragging a blanket to see what was going on in the living room? Certainly she could see the scene before she ever got into the living room.
Why would it take 2 men to drag little Tina out of the house?
Why would 2 men stop in the middle of a murder to drag Tina out of the house?
Johnny and Dana did not enter the cabin through the front or back door walking side by side. One would have entered ahead of the other giving one of them time to turn around and run if an attack on Sue had already begun.
Justin described too much for a scared little boy "forced" to participate in these murders such as the weapons (except no gun), the girls room, soles of one of the killers boots (which just happened to be how the medical examiner described the soles of Dana's boots) etc.
The deleted scene with Dr. Leidecker (who we're guessing hypnotized Justin sometime before the second documentary) didn't mention Justin telling him who committed the murders. But he seemed to be describing Justin as being driven by an invisible evil influence. He did say this crime was much deeper to him than what it might look like to police. That reminds us of Glenna Meeks saying in an old post that Marilyn once told her that Justin was pure evil and she could not imagine someone talking about their child like that. Casey asked Josh not to show his interview on the documentary because he felt he was too agitated. Josh said he seemed to be afraid but not sure of what. He said he wondered if his brother's presence made him nervous.
