Just some friendly reminders:
*We always felt that Tina was discoved by Pedrini exactly when the FRB said she was on Aprill 22, 1981. (the coroner listed it as 4-11-84 but he also listed her as missing on 4-11-81 yet we don't know if it was 11th/ 12th) No conspiracy
*It should not come as a suprise that Richard Meeks was in Keddie on Sunday since Sheila had already told Crim and Bradley he was.
* I don't guess any of us ever thought this was Dana's first trip to 28 since Frank Davis said he had seen Dana in Keddie and a report stated he had been seeing Alyssa for a week but could only see her at the Sharps.
* I don't think it would come as a surprise to think/know that Dana was seeing Sheila as he was known to see lots of girls and it's also known that he already had a child at the time of his murder.
* If LaRhonda and Susan were together on 4-12-81 then they were not in Keddie they were in Quincy as the PON listed Susan as being in Quincy on 4-11-81.
* It shouldn't come as a suprise that people were looking into 28 before the police got there (and probably still gawking after as indicated in Marty's interview) That was exactly what Crim was asking Marty about in his interview:
Crim: Was he in a position, did you observe him in a position the following morning over around the Seabolts where if the deputies had left the door opened for a moment or two that he could have looked in there and seen the female?
Smartt: No. The security over there was so tight, that it was just...
Crim: What do you mean?
Smartt: No way could he have accidentally glimpsed in and seen anything because the security was really tightened down at the time. Uh, these are some of the things, you know, I wonder about. You know, whether or not he did see anything.
Crim: Do you feel that there is a big possibility he could have?
Smartt: Justin is a very light sleeper. I, often times he‘s gotten up when I was, like I said, I stoke the fire at about 3:30.
Crim: Uh huh.
Smartt: And uh, often times he's been awakened by me stoking the fire and got up and went to the bathroom during that period of time. And I know that he does sleep light. And he does have trouble goingr to sleep sometimes. Seems to me that under an excitable period such as what they are under, that, you know, 10, laying in bed with your buddy giggling and this and that. There is a very high possibility that he could have been awake or alerted to something unusual in that house. And he is quiet enough to where he could have noticed something without me detecting him.
We have been saying this for years that his statement was a direct response to Crim's question of if Marty saw Justin in a position on Sunday morning, 4-12-81, to see inside of 28 as the police were going in and out. Marty was really saying he didn't think Justin saw anything on Sunday morning because of the tight security but that he had wondered if Justin could have seen something during the night because he was a light sleeper - and that he (Justin) could have seen something on Sunday morning without him (Marty) detecting him looking into 28.
None of us know what happened in 28 that night but we can follow these reports and decipher the lies told on old forums. I am sick and tired of hearing how nothing we discuss is even remotely accurate but yet it is. I don't EVER want to hear how Josh Hancock stole anything from the PCSO!!! Mike Gamberg copying files and taking them home is his business. But Mike stepped over an ethical line IF he allowed a forum administrator with obvious mental issues access to case files that he took from the PCSO. This is UNBELIEVABLE and a slap in the face to these victims families. Oh my God did Mike Gamberg really do that??
