If Josh Hancock had any case files that he stole from the PCSO or if PCSO have any missing files rest assured that the files DO NOT contain any statements related to MARTY SMARTT GOING WITH SUE SHARP. Josh Hancock (along with several others - but certainly not DMAC) are the ones who constructed the Marty Theory. If there was anything in the files he saw or took that even insinuated that Marty and Sue were seeing each other he would have used this "smoking gun" in his theory - he did not. If he omitted it because he was mindful of Sheila's feelings he could have bounced around the subject by saying Marty was interested in Sue - but again he did not.
The Sharps and Smartts were not the movers and shakers of Quincy, Keddie, or Plumas County - and probably only even really known of after the murders (even then Justin Eason would have been better known than Marty). So for someone to come forward years after the murders, after this case hit the public forums in the early 2000's, after Josh Hancocks 2 documentaries became so popular, after all the news articles, after the People Magazine article and ID Show and last but not least after YEARS of Quincy folks posting on these forums who have never once insinuated knowing anything even remotely close to Marty and Sue being an item - I'd have to say not true. Sue dating the guys from the RR would not be hard for me to believe because Josephson was one of them. Sue seeing Marty would not be hard to believe except we have never seen that in any case files nor has anyone even insinuated that Marty was a ladies man.....until the xxxx bartender stepped forward.
Now we can discuss all the RR workers but that begs the question of, "Who were all the RR workers in Keddie at that time?" And that my friends just takes us farther and farther away from Marty Smartt.
