I guess what I'm getting at is, I don't really know Justin saw the actual murder go down. I think he heard it and formed his own image of what happened. After hearing the killers leave he goes out into the crime scene. To contradict myself now, it almost seemed he and Marde (at the lounge) describe a similarly Canadian tuxedo dressed man.
