I think the evidence would probably show that Justin does know what happened that night.
Josh Hancock, who saw these reports, stated that "it was an undisputed fact" that Justin covered Sue. He also knew she had been cut on the chest. What could make a terrified kid come out of that bedroom and even look at Sue in the condition she was in, and does not run out the front door for help? He says that he tried to stop the bleeding on Sue. Did he have that rag he used laying close by or did he have to go to the bathroom, bedroom ect. to grab a rag? Why at this point did he not run out for help? What kind of a kid could be calm enough to have the sense of mind to do this? I know many say Marty made him participate and poor, stupid, gullible, Justin (and Ricky) just went along with what he told them to do. I can't even make my kids pick up after themselves and this man was able to talk (ok i'll leave Ricky out at this point) a kid that was not his kid into watching or participating in murder?
The fact is he did cover Sue, and he did at least see she was cut on the chest. And we know at this point the boys are dead also because we have been told Sue was the last to die. So if Justin was out of the bedroom walking around, looking at that gruesome scene then we can be sure he was not afraid. It has been told on the other forum that Justin told "others" that he went in and out of that cabin that night.
Justin has never said "officiall" was in that cabin that night.

“By having my face on your web site you may have unknowingly exposed me.” Like in the documentary, J uses an interesting choice of words here.
“You can use me on your web site if you pay me royalties.” This speaks for itself.
“Me and my partner have solved the crime and everyone will know what really happened the night of the crime. We are almost finished with the book.”
When asked if he went to the police with his information, J wrote:
“I already tried they are unwilling to cooperate with me, I tried a question and answer thing with them and they refused. I will not let them do me like they did when I was a kid it is my way or no way, so my book will solve the crime. Since they are either unwilling or too stubborn to work with me I will do it myself.”
I can confirm that J has never gone to the police with what he knows.
When told that the Sharps would seek legal action if used in J’s book, J responded:
“It took a lot of time and effort to unlock my memory, and I don’t have to answer to you or anyone else. You all have your project and we have ours. I think that by uncovering the truth won’t bring any conviction because of the blundering fools at the sheriffs office up here don’t want to look any worse than they already do, so it will only be a story at this point. But all of tore, I want to confirm that J admitted to the polygraph examiner that he witnessed the murders.
Why would sheila object to him writing a book? Why did she not want him to use any of their names? She wrote a book and she used his name. She should have been very interested in what he had to say. I know i would if i was in her shoes.

Secondly, though this has been touched on before, I want to confirm that J admitted to the polygraph examiner that he witnessed the murders.
