Autopsy Reports - Dummied Down

Has it been reported that they checked anyone’s hands or arms for cuts and bruises? Also, I feel as though it would be easier to come up with theories or even discuss this case if there were better photos or we saw autopsy photos, if there were any. (Off topic sorry lol). Most of the photos you can barely see anything in, but it also was only the 80s so I’m sure that’s part of the reason.
