Step One: What Do We Really Know?

This is why we need to see the REST of the files. PCSO, whether on purpose (my contention) or not, have leaked files that frame Marty, but it's crystal clear they've sat on files that tend to exonerate Marty incriminate others. It's also clear that they've "lost" a lot of them. I asked Gamberg simple questions like, "What time the medical examiner think Dana died?" and he kept saying, "Uuuuuhhhh...I don't know." He's either lying, or they've lost half the files. All Sheila has to do (as heir of the estates of the victims) is ask them for copies and then SHE can legally "reveal" them to whomever she wants. That's how we got the Madeleine McCann files, etc. The McCanns themselves authorized it. Etc. She keeps running around whining that PCSO "isn't solving" the case, but she won't do ANYTHING to help solve it. One thing people don't realize is, the "Vidocq Society" do NOT reinvestigate cold cases. But groups like Cold Case Foundation in Provo DO. For free. I do. (Not always for free, but I would do this one for free.) But Sheila will NOT help them or anyone else. PCSO could ask CC Foundation (or any number of other groups and agencies) for help, but they WON'T. And by "PCSO" I mean Hagwood and Gamberg. You remember Hagwood. The one who let Josh walk out the door with the files in the first place.

Let me give you another example: Nobody complained louder about McNarie than Gamberg. He has said for years he didn't know who "dmac" was and couldn't find him. I put a stopwatch on myself and it literally took me 17 minutes to get his home address and phone number. (He was surprised to hear from me. Snicker.) I sent that information to Gamberg and Hagwood. They did NOTHING with it. That's because they've known McNarie for years.
