" Did Sue go to bed that night with clothes and shoes strewn about the living room? From what we know about her, not likely. More likely that articles of clothing were being gathered when the **** hit the fan. Maybe clothing was grabbed out of someone's hand and that's when the **** hit the fan."
Great thoughts!! There was another poster on 28 that posted some years ago that it looked like maybe some items that were scattered around came from a gym bag. I've always wondered why nobody else has ever mentioned that. Maybe someone emptied a gym bag, that could have been on the table (where the knife and hammer were), so they could use it to put their clothes in, if in fact they were planning on running away. I'm with you, I don't think Sue would have went to bed with her house in a mess. Just look at the picture of her kitchen. It was very clean.
