Someone mailed two pages torn from a book on Astrology to the Chronicle in the late autumn of 1969. On these pages were scrawled, in pencil, the phrase "C HARRY OTT" and what appears to be information about a flight departing from the San Francisco airport.

Well, there was a Harry Ott (born in 1900) in Napa around this time. Doesn't appear to be any connection with anything.

Ooooohhhh, guess again. I need to recheck the dates, but on many occasions, whenever a Harry Ott died somewhere in California, a "Zodiac" letter would be mailed within a couple of days.
The Astrology book pages came in during the same period of time when police had leaned on the Chronicle to hold back publishing any more letters. During that period, the "One more, and I turn myself in, okay?" letter came in. That one looks "authentic." One more victim? Maybe. One more LETTER? The funny thing is...
