I am someone that knew Dana - and his family - since he was very young. All I have to say is that I really hate the people/person that murdered Dana as he was a really great person. I really loved Dana - and still do. I was sort of an Aunt (of sorts) to their family and I wish that the coward/cowards that killed Dana and the ohter people would get some balls and stand up to justice. To murder a child such as Dana, or any child for that matter, will be so sorry when it is time for his/her death as I guarantee them that they will NOT have any chance of going to anywhere other than to a place of 'Eternal Nothingness' and it is worse than Hell. I am certain of this.
There have been many times when Dana, from above, has watched over me and protected me and ......I know that he is with God.
I really do not care about whether he and friends did drugs or whatever. The info I have is that it is related to drugs and to heroin. My sources are not quotable but they are sources I believe. There is too much energy around this concept for it to be false. I am not crazy or anything like that - I am actually quite sane. I can only know what his sisters told me and put this with other thoughts and my conclusion is as above stated.
I wish I could let everyone know how much Dana loved life. He was such a quiet child ....and learned too much about life at an early age. I am happy that he finally was able to understand himself better and have peace in his life - as his sisters told me he got in the last bit of time he was alive.
I will always love the wonderful person - Dana...
Thank you for reading this message...

And Rickie Beth, thank you for writing.
Over the last few weeks, I have found the opportunity to talk to a few people who knew Sue, John and Dana. I heard very positive things about Sue, how hard she worked to provide for her family and how much her kids meant to her. I also heard nice things about John. That he was very sweet and that he was very nice to someone who is close to me.
It's nice to share the positive things in this area so fraught with emotion.

Dear Craig,
"Bluey was straight laced?" I sure hope you're not referring to me. Sometimes you call me "Bluey." And just FYI I'm just about the crookedest laced girl you'd ever meet. Don't know how you'd ever assume that from any of my postings...

I agree about Dana. Although I was only in 7th grade and he was a Jr, he was always nice to me. He (to this day) probably was one of the nicest, most gentle and kind guy I have ever met.
Question for Rickie Beth....
You say you were like an Aunt to him, do you remember when he got Diabetes? No one on board seems to know. Also, how did that affect him emotionally and socially? I didn't even know he had diabetes til someone posted it on this board.
I think more positive things need to be said
Answer for Criag,
I'm one of those that was 'straight laced'. The edges have had a few curves put into them, but still a 'good girl' for the most part.

i think what we need to figure out was who dana and john hung out with more often than anyone else. if we can figure that out im sure we can find out more. we need long term friends ones that they would tell things too. i think we all know that boys at that age are at a "bragging stage" and im sure they couldnt keep it a total secret. (if this drug thing is true)
