These were posted by Meanie when she operated her Cabin 28 forum. Not sure if she did this on her own or if she had somebody do this for her. I know at one point she asked Dmac for the autopsy photos so she could have a ME look at them but he would not. Her knowledge and thoughts on the case were priceless.
Glenna Susan Sharp

-Both cords are black in color and in double segments
--the larger cord shows a brown female plug in The other end is a male type plug. This cord loops about the wrists and extends over the right hand, between the thumb and forefinger and connects with a lead of the cord which connects to the ankle. This connection is accomplished with the female end caught in a suggestive double clove hitch type knot near the dorsum (top) of the right hand. The cord continues between the upper thigh, just below the vulva to the ankles.
It is then looped around the ankles, looped around both ankles, and knotted at the left ankle. This cord is caught up in the smaller cord, over the anterior aspect of the right ankle. White adhesive tape wraps around the ankles at least 3 times beneath the cord.
-wrists are crisscrossed over the abdomen.
-The left wrist touches the underlying right wrist.
-Beneath the cords are strips of white adhesive tape. The tape partially encircles the right wrist, extending over the lateral and dorsal surface and then back to encircle the left wrist., leaving
the ventral surface of the right wrist. The tape wraps about the wrists at least 5 times.
-Smaller black cord is cut on the dorsal of the left wrist.
-The tape adhesive is moderately loose. The black cord is severely tight, on both ankles and wrists.

-The gag is embedded deeply into the mouth, forcing the anterior upper teeth up over the gag. The gags are tied in double knots on teh left side of the face.
-The skin beneath the gag is free of blood, unlike the rest of the face, which is blood covered down to the gag mark line, above and below.
-Considerable dried blood present over the entire face, sometimes in a smudged pattern. The pattern is interrupted by the gag mark.
-Various fractures to the lateral surface of the right temporal lobe, the left orbital plate, the right orbital plate, the right xygomatic arch.
-Star shaped zone of lacerations 1 1/2" above the midline of left ear.
-Deep laceration above the left ear lobe, through the pinna.

-Bruising of the dorsum of the left forearm, pressure abrasion in a vertical pattern.
-Considerable bruising of the left forearm, wrist, and to the top of the left hand.
-The dorsum (top) of the left hand show horizontal, stuttered cuts arranged in a roughly parallel fashion, commencing on the bases of the 4th and 5th fingers and extending to mid-palm level. These cuts are arranged in 2's or 3's and occur from 1/2"-3/4" apart. They are 3/8 to an inch in length.
-Superficial cut to the middle knuckle of the left hand.
-Considerable bruising to the top of the right hand, over a 2-1/2" zone. In the center of this zone is a horizontal laceration 1/2" in length. Three other abrasions are present.
-Superficial cuts to the fingers of the right hand.

-5/8" long stab 1/4" from anterior midline. Penetrates the sternum 1/4"
-Cutting stab wound to the lower portion of the left breast, one inch below the nipple, 2 inches long and gapes open 1/2".
This wound extends inward through a 1-1/2" hole into the 5th interspace and eventually into lower lobe of the left lung, stopping 1 inch from the spine.
-1 inch puncture wound an inch from the end of the larger wound
-All of the stab wounds demonstrate a track of anterior to posterior with no left to right or up and down deviation.
-The only exception to this is the slash wound, which seems to extend from left to right.
-1/2 inch , nearly horizontal stab to the neck, 8 inches above the nipple line. It extends inward with no up or down deviation. The wound is from front to back and slightly left to right, entering the larynx just below the true cord on the left side. The hole is 1/2" inch long. It then extends all the way through the larynx and into the cervical spine at C level.
-A 1/8" nick is present in the spine
John Steven Sharp
-Lividity is present dorsally (back)
-The mouth contains a small amount of blood
-The nose contains both liquid & clotted blood
-3/4 inch area of bruising at the base of the back of the middle finger (left hand).
-No further hand trauma
-Ligatures present about the wrists & ankles.
-Ankle ligature consists of a white electric double cord (lamp). Cord loops about the upper ankles twice and is knotted about the right ankle. The other end is attached to Dana Wingate.
-The wrist ligature consists of multiple layers of white adhesive tape. The hands are in a prayer like position, except the hands are clasped, right over left. The ligature is cut over the upper portion, between the hands.
-Blood is spattered over the tape and over the visible hands. Skin beneath is free of blood.
-Caught up on the tape and in the drying/dried blood are multiple hairs, ranging in color from light tan to light blonde. These hairs are located on the backs of the hands and in the palm. One hair is described as "whitish" and fibrous (like a dog/cat hair).
-Attached to the sleeve of the jacket are several more hairs, blond in color (these were sent to the Department of Justice)
-Blood is present in a thin, "patchy fashion", on both arms (probably caused by his being moved by bloody hands)
-The chest shows two stab wound, each 5/8 of an inch, extending into the chest muscle, from right to left and down. They do not enter the chest cavity.
