Your truth is that we're moronic, idiot cunts, who deserve to die. Sure, I'll give you that you win, can we get back to what happened in cabin 28 now? Some of us here actually care about that....hence the board. FIY XYZ, your waving around your insignificance for all to see and frankly its obscene.

Following a certain someone's recent appearance here & his attempt to disrupt any discussion, I decided to post some information. These forums should be a place where anyone & everyone can discuss the case, share their thoughts & opinions and ask questions. Unfortunately, those things are actively discouraged across the internet when it comes to this case. The bottom line is this case is not officially solved, despite someone's claim otherwise. All that does is hurt the case. It prevents people from coming forward with any information they may have. These families deserve closure, real justice and answers. This case is about them & the victims, not someone's ego. Instead they are being dragged through the mud based on one person's speculation and biased interpretation of case files. Everyone's entitled to their opinion, however, their opinion should be an informed one. Instead of simply reading what Dmac says happened, take the time to read the information & files and form your own opinion. For far too long the same ole same ole gets repeated each time a new podcast, YouTube video, etc is made. But that's only because that is what is available to these creators. There's a reason that keddie28 limits what people can see, he doesn't want people digging deeper and forming their own opinion, seeing the inconsistencies & flaws. Instead he wants public to rely on his summaries, synopses, and manipulated files. Cropping them to show only the information he wants out there while removing whatever else the report says. One can assume these are things he doesn't want out there, things that may cause people to question his theory. The report where Stoy returns to retrieve the scissors & light bulb are just one example of this. Rumor & speculation should be stated as such and differentiated from fact, however, that apparently does not apply to keddie28. The Murder Squad, Fresh Hell Podcast & Stones Unturned did a great job of trying to sift through & separate speculation from fact, which is a difficult thing to do with this case. I wish more people would follow their lead. Take the time to dig deeper and not worry about someone showing up in their comment section leaving negative & nasty reviews. No matter what conclusion they come to in the end, all that matters is it was based on their interpretation on the available information and not the few summaries & threads 28 wants them to see. Here is some information to think about, information that is left out of the above mentioned summaries: - There is evidence in this case. Lots of evidence that can still be tested.
Out of all the evidence tested nothing has come back as a match to any of the, what 13? main suspects accused in the prevailing theory. LE have DNA profiles on Marty, Marilyn, Dee & familial DNA from Bo. None were a match.
- There were fingerprints collected from the cabin that have never been identified. The one on the post from the stairs of the back porch, several on one of the walls within the cabin and a palm print on Sue's car. These did not match MMBD. If they were supposedly the main killers in the cabin that night then who left those fingerprints?
- Sheila's fingerprint on the porch light bulb does not equal guilty of murder. She lived there and the fingerprint could have been left at any time. Fingerprints do not "burn off" of lightbulbs. Despite there being unidentified fingerprints found within the cabin, Gamberg has stated he believes the suspects wore gloves. Which could also be attributed to why no other fingerprints were found on the light bulb. If someone walked up to that cabin, intending to commit a crime, they aren't going to unscrew a hot light bulb with their bare hands. If the light was on when they got there they would slip there hand into their sleeve and unscrew it to avoid burning themselves. Whatever the reason, Sheila's fingerprint certainly is not evidence towards anyone else.
- The second hammer shouldn't even be a thing. Somehow it was allowed to become a fact in the case based solely on one person's interpretation of the autopsy reports. An unqualified person with no experience in forensics. Yes, Dmac. Until a ME, Pathologist, crime scene investigator, anyone with the authority comes to such a conclusion reviews the reports and says 2 hammers were used it is nothing but speculation. The wounds he attributed to a second hammer are discussed in this thread. They were caused by a weapon that left a 5" inch rectangular bruise with a ¾ inch laceration at the edge. Most likely the air rifle which removed from the scene and has never been recovered. Yes a hammer was found in the pond, doesn't mean it was used in the murders. Yes, Gamberg has repeated this second hammer, but again that is soley based on Dmac's opinion. Who does that? What type of investigator does that? Would that happen in any other cold case?
- Whoever committed these murders had to have been covered in blood. At the very least had some blood on them. Yet somehow the main suspects had no blood on them. Within a time frame of 15-20 we are to believe they left the bar, started killing people and returned to the bar without any evidence of such? Also, Doug Thomas stated Justin had no evidence of blood on him the following morning.
- Tina. Tina had to have been removed from the cabin that night. Which means whoever committed the murders had a vehicle. To think she was taken to throw off the investigation, carried over a foot bridge & left in a gully for two days is absurd.
- An air rifle was used in the crimes. The site ramp & a pellet left behind at the scene. This weapon, however, was removed from the cabin. Also removed was the toolbox kept in the kitchen. An empty metal tape roll was found with Tina's remains. But where did the other empty tape rolls go? Where did the air rifle & tool box go? Its likely the suspects took these items with them and they have not been recovered to this day.
Well, this is not how I intended this post to go. Lol. I may move it to another thread. Perhaps we need a "For Podcasters" thread. I will make my intended post on forensic & autopsy information next.
